Wouter Jacob Bos (IPA-nl???ut?r ?b?s; born July 14, 1963) is a retired Dutch (Netherlands) politician of the Dutch Labour Party. He was Minister of Finance (Ministry of Finance (Netherlands)) and Deputy Prime Minister (Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands) in the Cabinet Balkenende IV (Netherlands cabinet Balkenende-4) from February 22, 2007 till February 23, 2010. He has been political leader of the Dutch Labour Party since November 17, 2002 - but announced his retirement from politics on March 12, 2010 .
