The Marine is a 2006 American action film starring wrestler John Cena. The film was directed (film director) by John Bonito, written (screenwriter) by Michelle Gallagher and Alan B. McElroy and produced (film producer) by Joel Simon.

Produced by the films division of World Wrestling Entertainment, called WWE Films (WWE Studios), and distributed in the United States by 20th Century Fox, the film received a PG-13 (Motion Picture Association of America film rating system) rating from the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) for "intense sequences of violent action, sensuality and language". However an unrated version was released on DVD and Blu-ray.
