Shane Bannister Carwin (born January 4, 1975) is an American mixed martial arts fighter who competes in the heavyweight (Heavyweight (MMA)) division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is the UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion (UFC Heavyweight Championship). He is currently undefeated, and holds the distinction of having finished all his opponents in the first round. As of April 2010, he was ranked as the #4 heavyweight fighter in the world by Sherdog.
