Ross Markham Noble (born 5 June 1976) is an English stand-up comedian, brought up in Cramlington, Northumberland, England.

Noble rose to mainstream popularity through making appearances on British television, particularly interviews and on celebrity quiz shows such as Have I Got News For You. He has also released DVDs of several of his tours. He also gives an award to the best up-coming comedy act; this award is called the Noble Prize.

In a poll for Channel 4, Noble was voted the 10th on a list of the 100 Greatest Stand Ups. However in the 2010 updated list, he dropped a place and was voted 11th.
