The Pittsburgh Marathon is a foot race (running) (marathon) covering 26.2 miles (42.16 km) held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States. The race was held annually from 1985–2003 (most recently as the UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center)/City of Pittsburgh Marathon), and was revived in 2009 as the "Dicks Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon."

The 1988 and 2000 races were USA Olympic Trials for women and men, that were held separately from the regular event although both were held over the same course.
