Nathaniel Cornelius Robinson (born May 31, 1984, in Seattle, Washington (Washington (U.S. state))) is an American (United States) professional basketball player. He is currently playing as a point guard for the Boston Celtics. He previously played the same position for the New York Knicks. Robinson is listed at just ft in to m59precision=2 with shoes, making him one of the shortest players currently in the NBA, but he has an extremely high vertical leap (Vertical jump) of in to cm43.5, currently one of the highest vertical leaps of any NBA player.

Nate Robinson has served as a successful point guard for both the Knicks and Celtics, achieving career stats of 12 points, 1 steal, and 3 assists in an average of 24 minutes played per game. The Celtics have decreased Robinsons playing time as they have other point guards who also receive significant playing time. An extremely agile jumper, Robinson is a 3-time winner of the Slam Dunk Contest (competition), most recently in 2010.
