Melissa Katherine Rycroft (born March 11, 1983), from Dallas (Dallas, Texas), Texas, is a reality television contestant and former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader (Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders). She was a drill team officer at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton (Carrollton Texas), Texas where she graduated in 2001. She participated as a contestant on the thirteenth season (The Bachelor (season 13)) of ABCs (American Broadcasting Company) The Bachelor (The Bachelor (TV series)), and CMT (Country Music Television) reality TV series Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team. She was a contestant on the eighth season (Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 8)) of ABCs Dancing with the Stars (Dancing with the Stars (U.S. TV series)). Rycroft was named to People magazines (People magazine) list of Worlds Most Beautiful People 2009 and was also named as #99 on Maxims list of "Hot 100 of 2009".
