Maria Bamford (born September 3, 1970) is an American (United States) stand-up comedian (stand-up comedy) and voice actor. She is best known for her portrayal of her dysfunctional family and self-deprecating comedy routine involving jokes about her apparent depression and loneliness. Her comedy style also involves the incorporation of various voices to represent (and often good-naturedly mock) various stock character types.
