Marcus D. Camby (born March 22, 1974 in city-stateHartfordConnecticut) is an American (United States) professional basketball player, who currently plays for the Portland Trail Blazers of the NBA (National Basketball Association). He is a former defensive player of the year (NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award) during the 2006–07 NBA season, leading the league in blocked shots (block (basketball)) per game. Camby is also a two-time member of the NBA all-defensive team.
