Lilian Annette Garc�a, better known simply as Lilian Garcia, is an American singer (singing). She is best known as the former ring announcer for World Wrestling Entertainments (WWE) Raw (WWE Raw) brand. During her time in WWE, she became the first Diva (WWE Diva) to remain with the promotion (professional wrestling promotion) for ten years.
