James Paul Marsden (born September 18, 1973) is an American (United States) actor, singer and former Versace (Gianni Versace S.p.A.) model (Model (person)). He is best known for playing the superhero Cyclops (Scott Summers) in the three X-Men films (X-Men film series), and for his roles in other commercially successful films such as Superman Returns, Hairspray (Hairspray (2007 film)), Enchanted (Enchanted (film)), and 27 Dresses.
