Goodwin Hon Liu (lang-zh???) (born October 1970) is a Taiwanese-American (United States) lawyer and educator. He is Associate Dean and Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (UC Berkeley School of Law) (Boalt Hall). He has been recognized for his writing on constitutional law, education policy, civil rights, and the Supreme Court.
