Evan Frank Lysacek (IPA-en??v?n ?la?s?t??kpron; born June 4, 1985) is an American (Sport in the United States) figure skater (single skating). He is the 2010 Olympic champion (Figure skating at the 2010 Winter Olympics), the 2009 World champion (World Figure Skating Championships), the 2005 & 2007 Four Continents champion (Four Continents Championships), the 2007 & 2008 U.S. national champion (United States Figure Skating Championships), and the 2009/2010 Grand Prix Final champion (Grand Prix Final).
Lysacek was also a member of the U.S. Olympic Team (United States at the 2006 Winter Olympics) at the 2006 Winter Olympics, where he placed 4th in the mens event (Figure skating at the 2006 Winter Olympics - Mens singles).
He was the United States Olympic Committees Male Athlete of the Month for November 2006 and March 2009.
As of201004, he was ranked 1st in the world by the International Skating Union (ISU).
