Duff Enterprise of Alcoholic Beverages is a fictional brand (List of fictional beverages) of beer in the animated series (List of animated television series) The Simpsons. It is Homer Simpsons beer of choice. It is a parody of stereotypical commercial beer: moderately priced, poor-quality, and advertised everywhere. The beers official spokesperson is Duffman (List of media personalities in The Simpsons#Duffman).

While Duff Beer comes in several varieties, it is revealed on a Duff Brewery tour in "Duffless" that regular Duff, Duff Light, and Duff Dry are the same beer, although Homer and Barney (Barney Gumble) apparently remain oblivious to the fact. A tasting room also contained several varieties that Barney stated they hadnt tried yet, including Raspberry Duff, Lady Duff and Tartar Control Duff. In "Homers Odyssey (Homers Odyssey (The Simpsons))", Duff is described as "The beer that makes the days fly by". Fudd, a competitor to Duff, appears in the episodes "Colonel Homer" and "Lemon of Troy", the latter showing it being enjoyed by residents of Shelbyville (Shelbyville (The Simpsons)), rival town to the Simpsons home of Springfield (Springfield (The Simpsons)).
