Dylan Kwabena Mills (born 1 October 1985 in London, England), better known by his stage name Dizzee Rascal, is a British (United Kingdom) rapper, songwriter and record producer of Nigerian and Ghanaian descent. His music is a blend of garage MCing, conventional rap (Hip hop music), grime (grime (music)), ragga, and electronic music (Electronic Music), with extremely eclectic samples and more exotic styles. Best known for his number-one hits "Dance wiv Me", "Bonkers (Bonkers (song))", "Holiday (Holiday (Dizzee Rascal song))" and "Dirtee Disco", his debut album, Boy in da Corner, won him the 2003 Mercury Prize. Follow-up albums Showtime (Showtime (Dizzee Rascal album)), Maths + English and Tongue n Cheek have all been critically acclaimed and certified gold (Gold record).
