David Tennant (born David John McDonald; 18 April 1971) is a Scottish (Scottish people) actor. In addition to his work in theatre, including a widely praised Hamlet (Prince Hamlet), Tennant is best known for his role as the tenth incarnation (Tenth Doctor) of the Doctor (Doctor (Doctor Who)) in Doctor Who, along with the title role in Casanova (Casanova (2005 TV serial)) and as Barty Crouch, Jr. (Death_Eater#Barty_Crouch.2C_Jr.) in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (film)).
