Charles Kong Djou (Chinese (Chinese language): ???, Pinyin: Zh?u Y?ngk?ng; born August 9, 1970) is the Congressman from Hawaiis 1st congressional district. He is a member of the Republican Party (Republican Party (United States)).

Djou announced his candidacy for the U.S. Congress in March 2008, seeking a seat in Hawaiis 1st congressional district vacated by the resignation of Neil Abercrombie. He won a special (Hawaiis 1st congressional district special election, 2010), mail-in election on May 22, 2010 with 39.4% of the vote and became the first Republican to represent the district in 20 years. He took the oath of office May 25, 2010.

He was in his second term on the Honolulu City Council when he ran for Congress, where he represented District 4 (Waikiki to Hawaii Kai). He served on the City Council as the Chairman of the Executive Matters & Legal Affairs Committee, Vice Chair of the Planning Committee and as a member of the Transportation and Public Safety & Services committees. He was first elected to his seat in 2002, and was re-elected in 2006. He previously served one term in the Hawaii House of Representatives from 2000 to 2002 and was the Minority Floor Leader.
