Amber Lynn Campisi (born June 21, 1981) is an American model (model (person)). She was Playboys Playmate of the Month (Playboy Playmate) for February 2005.Dead linkdate=August 2009 Campisi tried out for Playboy scouts when they were searching for models for The 50th Anniversary Playmate Hunt. She appeared in the accompanying pictorial in the December 2003.

In 2007, her family appeared on E! show Wildest Party Parents, featuring her father Corky Campisi, who owns several restaurants in Dallas, including Campisis Egyptian Restaurant.
