The Adam Tablet is a tablet computer (tablet PC) currently (June 2010) under development by Hyderabad, India-based firm Notion Ink. It is rumored to be released in Q3 of 2010, and in some countries by November 2010 , and it will be powered by a customized version of the Android (Android (operating system)) operating system. The Adam may be the first device marketed to contain Pixel Qis (Pixel Qi) low-power, dual-mode display. The device is one of several tablet form-factor devices launching in 2010 to include an NVIDIA Tegra 2 (Tegra) processor that can support 1080p video output.
