28 Weeks Later is a 2007 (British films of 2007) British (Cinema of the United Kingdom) post-apocalyptic (Apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic fiction) horror (horror film) science fiction film, and sequel to the 2002 film 28 Days Later. The film was directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, and was released in the United Kingdom and in the United States on 11 May 2007. It was mostly filmed in London, England with some scenes also being filmed in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
