The California Assembly on Monday revived and then unanimously approved a bill that would extend unemployment insurance benefits for 20 additional weeks If passed by the state Senate and signed by the governor the bill would allow California to take advantage of up to $3 billion in federal stimulus funds to give jobless workers as many as 79
