Dog adopts tiger and lion cubs This bitch has become the adoptive mother to a pack of cubs after the newborns' own parents showed little interest in raising them. The four cubs, one tiger and three lions, were born in Hefei Wild Animal Park in China but zoo keepers had to come up with alternative options when the tiger and lions' mum and dad left them to fend for themselves. So they brought in this broody bitch, which was in lactation - and the furry animals got on so well, the dog is now caring for the cubs as if they're her own.
