Belmont Park Race Track near Durham Operated pre war and in the 1950 s and 60 s it was Grass and scrambling Sidecar racing from Belmont Park It drew large crowds I believe this picture was taken in 1961 Hi just reference to the sidecar on left of picture I think it is Frankie Rispen of
